I´m having a bit of a problem getting TwinMotion to use my hardware. I´m trying to export a short video and it isn´t going well even without any reflection probes or path tracing. My model is fairly complex, but... TM for some reason just refuses to use more than 10,8 Gb RAM (has additional 11 Gb available), 8,2 Gb GPU RAM (additional 4), 5-30% CPU and 3% GPU power. ArchiCAD also crashes during all of this because it supposedly has no video memory left. Anyone else experience something like this?
Specs: Xeon W-2125, 32 Gb, RTX 3060 12 Gb, Win 10
Hello ,
Thank you for posting in the community and sorry to hear about the troubles. Try exporting without Refinement, or Max lighting On and I would also recommend you try to add a TdrDelay to see if that helps and you can follow the steps explained in this article:

If that does not help please contact us by following this link so we can best investigate the crashing.

No, Refinement and Max lighting were already off and I had fixed the TdrDelay doozie some time ago. Also TM doesn´t crash as such, it keeps rendering extremely slowly.
