A few times yes! how did you know?

we are a startup and we are hoping to find someone who is willing to take the chance with us to grow. at the initial stage the pay will be low but if the product gets attraction and we go to the next stage in development then it will be a very competitive compensation as the people on the team are sacrificing a lot at the start of the project.

Anyway if it is not a good fit for you you could have passed no need to be mean.
