Loud audio restarts all music playing and breaks adaptive/beat-sync music

Summary

This is a regression as it started happening this update in all platforms. Previously it only happened on Xbox (maybe Switch too, cant remember).

Essentially, when many loud sounds play, the music will restart. I am currently on Nvidia High definition Audio 1.4.3.2 (released Sep 2024), but many players can be on that one too. In our game, we have layered music, and even though the layers are within the same cue and set to play via a mixer node, the restart causes them to desync, then it becomes an awful experience for the player as the beat and the melody are off from each other.

Play map code 5772-2894-6429
Reach World 4

Expected Result

While playing world 4 at least 3 times, music never restarts

Observed Result

While playing world 4, music will restart when loud audio fires, usually happens 5 times till you beat it, on average. When it happens, the music will stop and restart

Even lowering the player’s weapon volume to 0.8 (normalized) doesnt fix.
