I’m having an issue after changing a name of my datasmith file, as result i’m not able to do " Re_import" to main file. Any suggestions how i can solve this issue?

Hey, you have to edit the Source File before you Reimport.
In your Content Browser, find the datasmith scene you want to update, and you can either double click on it or right click and select Edit.
A Details window should pop up.
Then under Import Settings, under Asset Import Data, under File Path, there is Source File. There should be a button, find your file and update it.
Now you can reimport.

4 Years latter… but if anyone is having this issue… the above remedy didn’t work for me in v5.3 as neither double clicking or right clicking / edit did anything at all. Instead I right clicked on the Datasmith Scene / Asset Actions / Edit Selection In Property Matrix / Select the scene on the left side, then select the details tab on the right side / expand External Source / and change the Source URI attribute to the new file location, click save, and only then could I reimport.
