Lost Myths: Sons of Ragnar

Lost Myths: Sons Of Ragnar is an immersive adventure VR game retracing the saga of the Viking heroes, Ragnar Lothbrok and his sons.
The game will consist of 2 chapters. The first will be an adventure game and the second will be a 9local host co-op multiplayer experience).
In chapter 1 (we are actually working on):
Players will be able to go to places where Vikings lived and interact with the objects they were using.
A narrator tells the story and guides the player throughout the game.
In order to discover the 5 levels of the game, the player must solve puzzles but also explore the environment to find clues and artefacts. For example in the Viking Hall, the player will have to replace objects to activate animations. But also, to continue the story the player will have to reassemble the rune stones to be able to hear new part of the saga.
Includes:
- Guide the player with narrator’s voice
- Follow the 2 Odin’s ravens, Huginn and Muninn
- Solve mechanical and logic puzzles to pursue the story
- Quests based on Vikings occupations and duties

Talent Required**:**
C++ Programmer and Blueprint Scripting
We just got accepted into an incubator in North France. The program just started in December 2020.
Thus, we are looking for a motivated and talented programmer that will also become a co-founder.
It is a remote work so you can be anywhere in the world.
Ideally, we would like someone with some experience in working in a 3D environment and in Unreal Engine, as we are developing our project primarily for VR and then for PC. You will also help the team to implement features (art, design, audio, etc) and to optimise the game.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Unreal Engine (or VR in Unity)
- Blueprints or C++
- Game optimisation
- Able to produce technical documentation
- Knowledge of repositories in Github
- Strong team-working skills
