Hey guys, hopefully you can save me.
After working on the project for a several days I got some glitch pressing “Play” button (ALT+P).
After that I was no longer to simulate game playing as a character. Looks like I’m always in spectator mode. I verified twice - I have start player point, I have a proper pawn.
I actually reverted all previous changes to the versions what 100% was working in the past. No results. Looks like there is an Unreal configuration issue.
I also mention I have no more pure “Play” button, only with a gear icon.

Choose play from here. You’re in simulate mode.

Thank you, it works!
But may be you can give me an advice how to switch to the previous mode?
I was pretty happy with just pressing “play” button an starting the game with PlayerStart point
Found it!
Looks like mode was accidentally changed. Switching to the “selected viewport” fix the issue:

If you’re playing and press F8, you can escape the pawn and have a look around, move the camera, and fiddle with the world outliner. You can press F8 again to repossess.
This is basically switching between these two run modes, ‘play’, and ‘simulate’.
