Lost all my claimed megascan assets after changing epic email address

Hello, I recently changed my epic games account email address which was linked to quixel megascans (standard indie license) and now all my claimed assets disappeared from bridge and fab.. even though I still have some of them downloaded on my pc (shown in the attached image).

I have the same problem. Has your issue been resolved? Did Quixel support help?

Yes finally after 2 weeks the issue was resolved and they re-added all the megascan assets to my new email (accessible only from bridge). But, I had to send 2 separate support tickets (at the same time), saying the same thing, cuz the first one was not cooperating at all and just stopped responding when they got bored I guess..

You’ll need to provide any proof that you owned the old email address and that’s it.. good luck

Thank you for your patience and for confirming that the issue has been resolved. Regarding the longer resolution time, it seems that the tickets were created through the web form for Fab Support instead of the Quixel support web form that I shared in my previous message.

I am experiencing the same issue.

After changing the email address on my Epic Games account, all of my previously claimed Quixel Megascans assets disappeared from Bridge and Fab.

Before signing out, my old Bridge login still showed my previous email address and many assets had green check marks. After completely signing out of Epic Games Launcher, Fab, Unreal Engine, and Bridge, clearing the browser cache and cookies, restarting my computer, and signing back in with my current Epic account, the assets are still unavailable and show “Subscribe”.

I opened Fab Support case 25678977. Fab Support has confirmed that they forwarded the issue to the Quixel team, but I have not received a resolution yet.

It appears that my Quixel / Megascans entitlement mapping may still be linked to my old email address. Could a Quixel team member please help check the status of the entitlement migration for my case?

I can provide proof that I own the old email address through the private support ticket.
