Loosing Collision

If you attach a StaticMeshComponent, to a SceneComponent, the rest of the chain of attached StaticMeshComponents loose their collision. I’ve reproduced this in a VR context because it was where i found it. Wasn’t able to make a similar non-VR setup to reproduce it, but seen this issue just to a worse extend in 4.15 too. So some of it are fixed, but clearly not all of it :wink:

Hi @Rudy Triplett, thanks a lot for getting back to me. I checked that issue, and it’s marked for won’t fix, but still has target 4.16 set. What excacly does that mean? Did you also check UE-32531? That seems very similar to what i experience, except it’s for actors, where my issue is for components. Hope you can check up on this issue will be fixed.

Regarding the reason for UE30895 being marked as won’t fix, it appears that it was marked this way do to low priority at the time. I have reached out to the developers for an update.
