Looped sounds an concurency

I have a simillar issue than the one reported here:
it does work fine in 4.20, here the setup:

i have many sounds on the map (same sound ) on the same concurrency setting and if you spawn, when you move arround , the sounds are not ‘resumed’ as they should be

i allowed it to be virtualized and concurrency resolution rule is “stop quietest” and that’s it

any idea if it’s my setup who is not correct or if it’s a 4.22 regression ( as they modified the concurrency a bit )
