Hello Epic team/community!
I’m part of the organizing team at Marian Engineering College in Kerala, India. We’re organizing a statewide college Gamethon, bringing together student teams from colleges across Kerala.
The event consists of 3 weeks of online competition followed by a 1-day offline finale, with teams of 5 students.
We’re currently looking to connect with someone at Epic who works with developer communities, education, university programs, or community events. We’d love to explore whether Epic could support the event through Unreal Engine resources, mentorship, prizes, workshops, developer engagement, or another form of community support.
I understand that Epic does not currently offer sponsorships for gaming competitions, so we’re not looking to ask for a conventional tournament sponsorship. We’re primarily hoping to find the appropriate Epic team to discuss a possible student/developer-community collaboration.
