Looking Through Material

Hello everyone!

I would like to find out how to go about creating a material which allows seeing things which were not there to begin with. For example, looking through a glass objects which allows you to see some paintings on the wall.

Here’s an example of what I would like to achieve:

I am still new to many things in Unreal, so some direction how to go about creating this would be fantastic.
