Looking for Someone with Experience in Skinning Meshes

We’re looking to skin a mesh to an already made skeleton without altering the skeleton’s bones.

The mesh has ~23k tris, human shaped, and the skeleton has 55 bones, 54 of which should be skinned. And we’d like the end result to be usable in Max since that is our current workflow for animations.
