The title pretty much explains it. You’ll be supplied with a concept drawing/sketch of a character and I’ll need it created in 3D for use in a video game. I know this is about half of what the going rate on this site is but this is my budget so if anyone can make it happen, let me know! Character will be similar to Sebastian Castellans from the evil within to give you an idea. If interested please PM me and show me some samples
