[FONT=Times New Roman]On an isolated island tormented by monsters and magical horrors, a [FONT=Times New Roman]shipwreck survivor must quell an ancient god who threatens to rise again and wipe out [FONT=Times New Roman]the island’s inhabitants.
[FONT=Times New Roman]We’re [FONT=Times New Roman]working on[FONT=Times New Roman] a medieval fantasy RPG[FONT=Times New Roman] project[FONT=Times New Roman]. [FONT=Times New Roman]The pre-production phase is nearly complete, so we’re gearing up for production!
[FONT=Times New Roman]The Gothic II and The Witcher 3 games are the main inspiration for this [FONT=Times New Roman]game[FONT=Times New Roman], so knowing them, or even being a fan of them is obviously an advantage, but by no means required.

**[FONT=Times New Roman]Mysteria Studio UG: **
[FONT=Times New Roman]Mysteria Studio has completed a large variety of Unreal Engine projects, starting in the UDK days, and is developing with UE4 since it was in Beta.
This includes both our own games and work for hire.

[FONT=Times New Roman]Talent Required:
[FONT=Times New Roman]We are looking for two different types of team members.
Volunteers: (Who can be still less experienced in the industry) receive a 50$ monthly compensation for volunteering. It is only meant for covering some of the costs of getting started in the industry, like software subscriptions. If you require more than 50$ / month for software costs, please let us know in your application.

Mercenaries: Freelancers paid by the hour for their service.
All Freelancer applicants should have at least two years of[FONT=Times New Roman] game[FONT=Times New Roman] industry experience and an outstanding portfolio.
We are looking to have a healthy balance of Volunteers and Freelancers working on the project over the next 4 years.

[FONT=Times New Roman]Associate Producers:
[FONT=Times New Roman]Manage team member tasks in Asana.
Make sure the tasks get completed in time.
Communicate with team members in Discord to make sure there are no production issues.

[FONT=Times New Roman]Level Designers:
[FONT=Times New Roman]Familiar[FONT=Times New Roman] with the UE4 landscape system and level editor.
[FONT=Times New Roman]Know[FONT=Times New Roman] / be willing to learn how to use Perforce source control.

[FONT=Times New Roman]Character Riggers:
[FONT=Times New Roman]Able[FONT=Times New Roman] to show a highly efficient rigging workflow, capable of rigging 90+ RPG characters with identical vertex count & vertex order semi-automatically.
[FONT=Times New Roman]Know[FONT=Times New Roman] how to skin / rig characters to the Epic / ALS Skeleton.
Experience with UE4 cloth simulation is a strong plus!

[FONT=Times New Roman]Experienced[FONT=Times New Roman] with SpeedTree and exporting for Unreal Engine.

    -Optionally, a few words about projects you’ve worked on, medieval fantasy things you like etc.

[FONT=Times New Roman]The second step for select candidates is an application task, which is paid at your regular payrate.
The task is specific to your specialization. An in-depth description of the task will be sent to select candidates in a reply.
You’ll also have to sign a contract that gives Mysteria Studio UG the usage rights to the content you create for the project.

The project is completely funded already. So, when you complete a task, you get paid directly. We‘re looking forward to your applications!
