Looking for level designer / Blueprint programmer to help with a firefighting game

For the past year, and a half I have been almost solo developing a single player open world firefighting game. I am looking for someone to co-develop with me with previous UE4 experience. the game is probably about 50-60 percent complete.

I will be using Perforce as a source control, and a way to share files between the team. I have had multiple others help with the game, but due to life getting in the way, they were unable to continue. I have been getting burned out doing everything myself, so am looking for help.

The level design aspect is an open world map that is blocked out, and about 50 percent complete. It has a rural farm area, towns, suburbs, and a small city with a port. I have all the assets necessary to complete the map. I would like someone who is familiar with designing maps on UE4 as well as lighting, and optimization.

The blueprint aspect would be someone who can assist me with programming the rest of the game equally. I would like someone who has experience with animation states, and general blueprint programming. If you have VR/Replication skills that is a bonus as well for a long term goal of the game or separate stand alone game.

All revenue will be split equally. I am far enough along to most likely do a kick starter either end of September or October. Below is a couple of links to some screenshots of the game as well as some small clips.
