WildCat Studios is in the early phases of development of a multiplayer arcade style PC release. We are internally funded at a realistic level.
We have a Game Development Document (GDD) in development defining the project scope, development plan, gameplay and assets.
At this phase, we would like to engage a contract Lead Developer to flesh out the coding side of the GDD and to setup the project.
We need someone familiar with working on midsized projects with a defined work structure. Experience in multiplayer/replication is required. Native English skills or proven written and spoken English skills at a fluent level required for this job. Demonstrated capability to provided highly documented and commented code is also required.

Talent Required:**
Our needs are as follows:
- Develop a C++ vs. Blueprint strategy for the project
- Develop a required class/inherited class list and functional descriptions of them
- Setup the code repository and base code and blueprint structure
We’re willing to pay an hourly rate or another negotiated structure. Rate would be dependent on experience and proven previous deliverables.
