Hello,
I am the project manager and sales rep for Real Estate in Virtual Reality.
We make Real Estate in Virtual Reality!
I’m looking for one remote artist with design experience (dressing up and placing assets) to work with me full time on a 3 month contract. If you have blueprint experience, that’s even better.
This contract is probationary and after the 3 months, if all is well, we will extend the contract as long as we mutually agree to do so.
My company builds homes for the purpose of demonstration to potential buyers. We currently have been awarded our first contract to create interior and exterior real estate.
Before I sign the contract with my customer, I want to find a dedicated, talented artist who strives for QUALITY. I am looking for realistic and optimized work. We decided to work with the Unreal Engine because it’s the best real time rendering software available.
We will be showing our work as a downloadable first person app, and as a Virtual Reality experience on Vive, Samsung VR and Cardboard. Also a good understanding of making videos would be great for showcasing our work to potential clients.
What I can supply is the .dwg ArchiCAD files for the homes and PDF drawings of the homes layout with exact measurements. I also have a large library of interior assets I can share with you so that you’re only making the ‘hard’ assets of the house which include:
Stairs
Floors
Walls
Ceiling
Floor trim (baseboards)
Door trim
Window trim
Stair trim
Cabinets
Everything else I have made already and you can simply place the assets where they need to be according to the PDF layout.
We’re just getting our first, very large volume client, but we’re expecting to grow quickly once other potential clients see what we’re doing. There is a huge opportunity for growth as I am a real estate veteran and know a lot of the major players where I live. As our company grows, we’d like to reward you for your hard work and commitment to making our team successful with a more senior art related position within the company.
Please email nathannasseri@gmail.com if you’re interested in this opportunity.
Thanks,
Nathan
