Hiring ROYALTY BASED First then foxed salary: Unreal Engine Developer (Animation + Gameplay Logic Systems+AGLS)
We’re building a story-driven adventure game using Unreal Engine and looking for a developer with strong experience in AGLS (Animation/Game Logic Systems) — ideally with motion matching, blueprint logic, and character controller development chops.
About the Project:
- Based on a beloved very famous IP with a whimsical tone.
- Short, vertical-slice-style levels with platforming, climbing, and interaction with AGLS.
- Characters switch roles depending on the challenge (climbing, swimming, sneaking, etc.).
What We’re Looking For:
- Unreal Engine 5 experience, especially with animation systems (Control Rig, State Machines, Motion Matching)
- Blueprint and/or C++ experience for gameplay logic (custom actions, triggers, interactions)
- Ability to work with animators and designers to make movement feel fun and expressive
- Bonus if you’ve worked with narrative-driven or stylized games
