Looking for assistance with XR control

Hi,
Im relatively new to Unreal Engine and looking to build a system that uses the Valve Index controllers with a few Vive Body Trackers 3.0.

The user would be seated and in the same place throughout the use.
Due to the nature of project i am limited to what i can share.

But im looking to use the controllers to feed movement to unreal engine to a control rig (or mesh) to move a VR version of a robot that we will be pulling reference movement to the real object through MQTT messaging.
The model will need to have limits on certain joints as they can only move in one axis.

Is there anyone that can assist me or point me in the right direction to do accomplish this task?

I already have the mesh which is a single body created with a skeleton made throughout.
The movement would be a pivot on the chest and then rotation on arms and the neck.

Just to add to this:
There will be no direct need for the use for IK.
As the body movement would be determined by the trackers.

I dont think its against the rules but if i’m wrong please do tell me and i will remove this section. But i’d be more than happy to set up a discord call to explain in more detail and show the system.
