Looking for a few remote devs (tech & art) to make a fun game with fun people

We are working on our next low budget title and hoping to find a few more developers (core and piece) to round out the team.

The game is a FP round based MP experience in the horror genre -

The game has a simple yet fun rule set that was designed to be created in a reasonable timeframe.

If you are interested here is what you should expect:

An engaging well-structured development experience

Modest (aka limited) compensation with a clear royalty structure
A professional (and hopefully fun) experience with a handful of people that have been shipping games for 10+ years

Tech and design - MP/Online, C++, VR, Blueprint (follower and builder).
Art - Environment, textures, lighting, models, rigging, and anim.
Production - Associate producer/team and task wrangler

We can discuss particulars, just be jazzed about development and have the ability to execute.


Depending on position you must be able to allocate a minimum hourly amount of work each week (example 10-10,000 hours)
The ability to break down an assigned task into deliverable milestones based on your ability to execute.
