Hello all.
I am looking for a developer to help make an Application where and cartoon like image of a person reads text. The text will not be pre recorded. I cant give specifics here but a good example is to say that it will read Tweats. The eyes and mouth need to move. Back ground is just a white or black wall.with the person standing in place in front of it.

Text to speech is no trivial, and unreal engine is not suited for such application.

search for some ready to use solution, buy license, then seek somebody to create just interface for it.
