Working on a game with a small team (all of us are unpaid at the moment, so you won’t feel left out). We’re doing a fantasy/survival horror with souls styled combat. We need a concept artist to help us with environments/props/characters. Several of us are decent artists, but the time it takes to create 2d art takes us away from making 3d art. To streamline the process we are looking for a concept artist. If and when the game is published, there will be royalties given to all involved, but we’re too early in the process to have a contract in place or anything. I’ve attached a couple WIP Screenshots.
