I’m developing a small first-person horror game in Unreal Engine 5.6 using Horror Engine SE.
The world is mostly complete — a lighthouse, small island, interior house, and basic lighting.
What’s left: final environment polish, NPC setup (Character Creator 5 models), animations, and gameplay scripting.

Uses Character Creator 5 and Headshot 2 for characters
Environment and assets from Fab Marketplace
Goal: short commercial release (target ≈ $5 k revenue)
Seeking:
A reliable Unreal dev or artist who wants an equal-ownership 50/50 split.
Prefer experience with lighting, optimization, and gameplay scripting in Horror Engine.
