Looking at a new PC for Unreal Engine 4 development!

Hey guys, I’ve been researching a PC to buy for unreal engine development for a new business I’m starting. Needs to be powerful but I have a budget of £2000 max. I’ve looked at the reccomended specs and this is what I have come up with.

Why are you using socket 2011 and not socket 2011v3?
