Logistics behind DX12 Multiadapter - What needs to be done by developer?

Just curious as to what needs to happen to allow a game to support DX12 Multiadapter feature.

Given that UT is now using UE4.11, I thought it would work “out-of-the-box”, but apparently not.

As I am building my own game using UE4.11, I am curious as to what extra needs to be done to support it.
