Login Issue with EOS subdomain.

Hello,

I have two test products within my organization I would like removed:

  • ‘ScheduleForDeletion_00’ and ‘ScheduleForDeletion_01’.

I was suggested to submit a ticket via https://eoshelp.epicgames.com/s/?language=en_US for which I am currently having login issues (404) with.

I have tried both Firefox (v133.0) and Microsoft Edge (v131.0.2903.86) with cleared cached files, cookies, etc. and even Private browsing to no avail.

Thanks in advance.

P.S., I noticed there is an “Archive product” button now. Should developers use this going forward if they want to remove a product or still reach out to Epic via a ticket?
