LOD's Only work in Persona

LOD’s Only work right while in Persona, only the lowest LOD is shown no matter how close or far I move the camera away from the mesh. I’ve had to resort to simply using the distance from an actor to the camera to set the LOD manually. I can’t seem to fix the problem otherwise, I tried creating a new project, but the issue remains.

Maybe something is set somewhere that I don’t know about, problem is I have no idea, It’s been an issue that has been affecting my project for a while now and I’ve merely worked around the issue in the mean time but now I can’t find a elegant solution to the problem I’m currently facing and would rather LODs worked properly.

So any and all help is greatly appreciated.

It turns out I had View distance set to near. Welp, now I know.
