LOD distance for texture

Hi, is there any way to control lod distance for texture?
Here is a level by me.

More distant the mesh is it is becoming green in texture map. And it is causing fps drop when distant objects are visible.

open the texture and change the LOD bias

Hi, Changing LOD bias is reducing overall resolution. So texture is becoming worse when coming closer. Turning to red in texture map.
