This morning it appears everything is back and work. Tested on both my machines a new license agreement showed up. So i suspect they updated the license agreement and the workflow for installing engines somehow got borked. For me the issue is resolved i recommend for others that had this issue to check again this morning. I didn’t have to install the launcher or anything and 5.6.0 and 5.5 installed without issue.
