Looks like locking the display rate in sequencer breaks motion blur interpolation of MRQ sub-sampling.
Using t.maxFPS=24 instead works. But it would be nice to be able to lock the display rate in sequencer directly.

Just tried it in 5.2 and it’s still an issue!
Still an issue in 5.3! Can we get this fixed pls so that we can properly preview and still have frame interpolation. Thx!
Relative UE5 noob question here, but where do you enter the tmax variable you mentioned?
