This may sound like a ridiculously obvious question to answer, but where the hell do I find all of epic’s example demo content?
For example, the Effects Cave, and the multiplayer level?
My marketplace seems very limited and I cannot find any download links anywhere?

They’re in the Marketplace you just have to scroll down to see everything - I don’t see the Effects cave in there any more but it use to be.
Go to the learn tab (in the launcher)-> there you can find nearly all demos from epic games 
This was the obvious answer I was looking for! Bravo!
