Localization of offers not working?

Hi all,

We’re trying to localize the text on our Offer page, but when we click the localization button it just shows a blank page and doesn’t create the localization entry.

When loading the Offer page we get repeated errors about ‘Error loading page. Try again.’ but the page seems to load fine, and reloading doesn’t change anything.

Localization is working fine for us with the Product page and configuration, it’s just the Offer page that it doesn’t work.

Has anyone run into anything like this?

Hello!

For the offers, are they entirely set up, and is their status marked as “Ready for Stage”? If not, the localization field won’t register the offer as ready for loc and may be causing the issue you’re seeing.

Thanks, I think this might have been the issue! It started working and we weren’t sure why, but this might well have been the reason.
