Localization not working in default project

Hi,

I followed the UE$ documentation and 2 different Youtube tutorials on Localization in UE4, but every time I run it (just a default project - nothing changed bar what was laid out in he documentation and tutorials), the only text that changes is the UE4 Editor text - never the TextRenderActor which is still set Yes to “Localizable”.

Why is this? Did 4.25 change the way it handles localization?

Apologies if this was asked previously for this engine version - I had tried searching but got posts from much earlier releases (4.15, 4.9, 4.22, etc.)
