Localization Dashboard doesn't work after updating to 4.10

After updating to 4.10 Localization Dashboard doesn’t work.

I click on “Gather” and get this window:

I press “OK” and get this message:

“word count” still be 0:

When I press “Edit translation” I get error:

“Error Most current translation manifest (…/…/…/…/…/…/ue4_helper/projects/FootballSlots 4.10/Content/Localization/NewTarget/NewTarget.manifest) has 0 entries.”

But file *.manifest contains all words, in 4.9.2 all works fine.

But in any new project created in 4.10 Localization Dashboard works fine (with the message)

Ok, I created new blank project, put my content folder into new project and Localization Dashboard works now
