Max Touch Inputs (Windows) Programming & Scripting

It seems UE4 has a max input touch count of 10 (at least tested on windows). I will be developing some software for and Ideum table, which supports 80 touch points. After some digging, I haven’t found (yet) where i could possibly modify UE4 to accept more than 10 touch inputs. Anyone else have any ideas about how to approach this?
