Load & Assign Randomize multiple texture in a single mesh

Hi, How should I achieve the result same as the “Multitexture” plugin in 3Dsmax which allow user to create a texture slots contains different textures and assigned them separate in a single mesh. For Example: I have a plane mesh in my scene as a marble floor however I need to assign different tile with different texture into it.

Unless you have already set it up in the UV map, that is.

Or you can use vertex painting to change textures
