Llevo un año esperando que den solucion a mi problema, aun no me devuelven mi cuenta de fortnite donde inverti un monton, tengo comprobantes, me comunique con soporte, envie comprobantes, videos de mi cuenta y me piden que les responda el correo que aparece en esa cuenta. El problema es que ese correo no lo conozco y yo jamas cambie mi cuenta, les explique que no se que correo es ese les envie nuevamente todo y no me respondieron nada y tampoco me repusieron mi cuenta, es super frustrante entrar y no tener todo lo que tenia, ya con 0 animos de entrar al juego.
