I just installed the Datasmith plugin for Sketchup Pro (2024) on windows and the livelink/autosync isn’t showing up when I try to import. Any suggestions to get it to work? Thanks!
In the live link twinmotion tutorial video it shows everything just working fine with sketchup. What is this thing you suggested?
Hey Ford519, I’m guessing you are using Datasmith ? If so please verify that you are using the right version of the plugin. Also make sure there’s no security/permission that could be blocking the plugin from connecting to Twinmotion.

Thank you for your reply. I’m not sure I understand. I am using sketchup pro 2024 and have been a design professional for over 10 years using various software. I downloaded the latest version of Twinmotion and the data smith plugin from this website and the extension for Sketchup. They are both running directly on my computer.
I open twinmotion and sketchup and try to “import” the direct link scene and there’s nothing showing up.
I check the connections and there’s nothing in the dialog window.
Where is the “contact support” button?
