With UE5.1 and iOS 16.4.1, I did the followings
- Changed WiFi network profile from public to private and turned firewall OFF
- In UE, added Static Endpoints in the form like iOS_device_IP_addr:6666
- In UE, changed Multicast Endpoint port from 0 to 6666
And, the following is crucial
- Before adding Live Link source in UE, set connection type of Live Link VCAM app to âRemote Sessionâ
- After adding and configuring your iPhone/iPad Live Link source, change connection type of Live Link VCAM app to âPixel Streamingâ before pressing âConnectâ
This trick of changing connection type worked for me(after several hours of trial and error)
