I managed to add optitrack source to livelink hub.
On the right top settings dropdown you choose plugins. Then use “plugin directories” button and add element to “User plugin Directories” where you can choose a path to optitrack plugin directory.
After closing that window, you can enable the plugin and you need a restart and voila.
