Is there a list of supported devices that I can check out? I mean besides this one
I downloaded the Live Link app on my wife’s Galaxy S22 two or three days ago and it worked. I have bought another S22 for me so I can use it but now I can’t because it is not compatible with my device. Can you provide me with a list of compatible devices? Or deviced that are not so expensive like S24 Ultra?
It is frustrating because I need to return this S22 and wait for my money.

Hey Jan,
The list of example devices in the documentation are the ones on which we have verified animation quality.
The S22 hardware can differ by region, you need to ensure it has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, rather than the Exynos chipset which is commonly found in the European market.
We recommend flagship devices with at minimum the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, as they have the required hardware to produce the best animation quality.

Hi thanks for response. Yeah europe version does not have the snapdragon but I could download it coupole of days ago so I got confused and decided to buy the S22.
Are you planing on specific list with performance charts for android phones? Cause use gen 1 or higher is super vauge.

I did notice that with my phone coupled to windows 11 with windows live link, I could use my phone as
a remote recording device. (it behaves as a webcam but remote

I’m using Oppo FindN2, it has snapdragon+2 gen. I can connect fine but the the Live button is always Red. There is no button to set subject name or start recording. Did I have wrong version of the app?
