Live Link ARKit Face Mocap Not Work.

I created a character for ARKit Face, but my Live Link Face isn’t working. Morph Target names should be 100% correct too.

I think I figured it out—I needed to switch to ARKit mode in the Live Link Face app first. But now that I’ve done that, I can’t connect to my iPhone anymore. I keep getting the error: (866) Can’t evaluate frame for ‘A’. No data was available. How do I fix this? I’ve already double-checked that both the IP address and the Subject Name match perfectly

Haven’t used this junk in ages, but I’d suggest you hop back on 4.26 where I know it worked to avoid whatever issues Epic created since.
After you record you can move the animation out to the other engine version.

Hi @Cherry_C1,

There is a known issue where the ‘Live Link Face Source’ live link source in UE is not compatible with the ARKit mode within the Live Link Face iOS app. It only works with the ‘MetaHuman Animator’ mode.

If your workflow requires ARKit data, the solution is to use the ‘Apple ARKit Source’ live link source in UE instead. This source type requires the target PC’s IP address to be configured in the iOS app.

To do this, in Live Link Face go to the application settings, navigate to the ‘Streaming’ section → Live Link, then select ‘Add Target’ to enter the IP address of the PC expecting to receive the animation data.
