Listview and Tileview items seem to toggle on both mousedown and mouseup. Meaning, if you press an item to select it, it gets unselected when you let release the mouse button. Here’s a gif;
If you click an item, then move the mouse away from it before releasing the mouse button, the item stays selected. But then, clicking another item resets the whole list again
