My listing called “Internal Space Manager” is stuck at Pending Publication status.
It is completely invisible from the Fab Marketplace. It is not appearing in the vault on the Epic Games Launcher too.
One customer started to asking about this. I think more will appear, because no one of them will be able to download it.
I just sent it to review. After some hours, it was approved. However, it has been weeks and the status didn’t change to “Live”.
I choose “Automatic Publication”. So, there is no button to press to fix it.
Expected Result
I was expecting “Live” status.
Observed Result
At the moment is “Pending Publication” status.

I need this to change to “Live” status to be able to send it again. I need to adjust 6 things in the info of this listing.

My issue still persists. It is a bug. The listing is “Pending Publication” status yet. No buttons to press (everything is grayed out).
The problem appeared 1 month ago (approximately). I can not publish it.
The Fab Team is investigating the case (it is the second or the third time I receive this answer from them).
I hope it get fixed soon. I am losing sales as expected (unfortunately).

It took a while, but the support team managed to fix it (however, shortly after, the listing got stuck in another bug. hahaha. However, everything was resolved in due time). I tried several times with the same support agent until he decided to manually update my products. After that, the problems were solved. I recommend that anyone who has similar problems contact the Fab support team.

Already solved. It took 2 months if I am not mistaking.
Tip, you need to focus your replies to a specific agent of the Fab Team. Opening multiple tickets will not work. So, wait for the agent and ask to him make the update “manually” for you. My problem was only solved this way.
