Lip Sync Animation and Blending

I have lip sync animations imported into UE4, but I’m having trouble figuring out how to utilize and blend these animaitons onto the characters themselves. See, the lip animations are just facial and eye animations with the rest of the mesh being static. What’s the best way to blend these lip sync animations onto other animations? The normal route such as animation blueprints?
