Linux Unreal Editor crashes after adding empty c++ class

I try creating the default third person game template for Android. If I don’t change anything and click the quick launch then it gets compiled, apk packed and installed on the phone (pixel 6) without any problem.
If I add an empty c++ class, again without changing anything to the newly added c++ source, then the moment I click the quick launch button in order to get it installed on the phone then UnrealEditor crashes with a seg fault. This is the last messages printed before it dies:
