Linux Demos don't run (Failed to compile shader)

I’ve tried the linux demos on A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Unreal Engine Forums
The (black) window pops up, sound is playing for several seconds and then the game is crashing with the following message:

I use ArchLinux with a GeForce 9500 GT.
