Linking with Steam Online Subsystem, build fails

Hi there! I am trying to implement Steam achievements in my UE5 game - after following the Epic - Steam documentation of adding in the appropriate files into the relevant directions AND changing the cpp file Steamworks.build so that it reflects the latest SDK version, building the game fails and it seems that UE is trying to use an old path despite changing the steamworks cpp file to a newer one. What could be the problem? Some screenshots below:
