If you want the engine source, you’ll need to get github working.
You can get binaries via Epic launcher.

“it doesn’t work” doesn’t describe whatever problem you are having with getting it to work well enough for anyone to help you. The only place you can legally get the engine source is through GitHub.
Please describe your problem with accessing it via GitHub, and we can try to help you, otherwise none of us are going to violate our engine license terms to help you get it.
