Limited amount of groom components per scene?

Hi,

is there a limited amount of max groom components per scene in-game?

I’ve started to create a character with a complete fur and seperated it into multiple groom components, like one for the arms, the legs, whiskers, head, body and so on, when i’ve noticed that after having more than 16 groom components at the same time, it started acting weird.

All groom components share the same material, but with more than 16 some of them randomly started to ignore the Root_UV or the color / shading is odd for example. After reducing it back to 16 by turning of the visibility on a few of them it was going back to normal.
It doesn’t matter if it was a groom component with a lot of strands or only a few like the wiskers or eyelashes. If it was more than 16, it went nuts.

Can someone confirm this or knows a workaround?
Because this would be a very big problem since i coudn’t use more than one character or NPC with a full fur at the same time.
